* Bugfix: Transactors and peers now use disjoint ranges for tempid
generation, so tempids generated in a transaction function cannot
collide with tempids generated on the peer.
* Bugfix: Fixed a bug where starting a peer and transactor at about
the same time could lead to a string tempid incorrectly unifying
with another tempid in the same transaction.
